K & Co. was founded by Keeley Nicholls.

With over two decades of experience across course development, project delivery, systems implementation and editorial refinement, I’ve worked with educational and values-led organisations at every stage of growth, from emerging founders to multi 6, 7 and 8-figure businesses.

My work spans accredited course design, website and platform migrations, developer liaison, detailed proofreading and long-form editing, and the careful delivery of complex digital projects. Whether shaping a manuscript, refining learning materials, or managing a transition between systems, I bring structured thinking, close attention to detail, and consistently high professional standards.

Projects are scoped individually according to scale and delivery requirements.

Every project is different, so work is scoped individually depending on complexity, responsibility, and the level of input required.

As a general guide:

• Project coordination and platform delivery work typically ranges between £35–£60 per hour equivalent.
• Editorial and proofreading projects are usually quoted per project or per word, with most engagements ranging from £350–£2,000+, depending on length and depth.
• Course development and larger structured projects are quoted individually, with smaller engagements starting from around £1,500.
